Only in Malaysia - Bomb blast victim dies, underworld involved

bom bukit bintang1KUALA LUMPUR: One of the victims involved in the bombing incident at Bukit Bintang died at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL).
The hospital’s emergency and trauma department head Dr Abu Hassan Asaari Abdullah said: “A victim who was in critical condition has passed away, we are still in the midst of obtaining more information on the victims here.

According to police sources, car jockey Tiong Kwang Yie died in the incident.
“We will provide the updated information as soon as we obtain confirmation,” he said .
Earlier today certain sections of Bukit Bintang was under heavy police surveillance after a bomb blast at a nightclub early this morning injured 14 people. Late this morning a third bomb was found at an undisclosed location.
The bomb went off at approximately 4.30am and CID deputy chief ACP Khairi Ahrasa confirmed the incident.
Several cars at the scene of the incident were also damaged from the bomb blast at the Sun Complex.
Police have recovered the second bomb which did not explode under one of the damaged cars. A third bomb has been found in an undisclosed location. It is unclear what type of bomb was used in the incident.
