Earn Trust By Doing the Right Thing

For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel. Ezra 7:10

Even at a young age, Ezra diligently studied and learned to become a scholar. He won the respect of many, including the political leader of the land of his exile, King Artaxerxes. He established his connections and influence over time-a necessary step if the dream of restoring Jerusalem were to be fulfilled.
As a result of many years of consistently doing the right thing, the king finally trusted Ezra with great power and resources, acknowledging his character qualities in writing. He provided all that Ezra needed to get the job done.
Ezra led many Israelites back to Jerusalem during this time of restoration. As a spiritual leader, Ezra had prepared, studied, and connected with many ordinary Jews, and his pronounced influence prompted many to follow him to Jerusalem. Ezra did not utilize his power, intellect, and influence for personal gain, but rather to restore Jerusalem. Throughout his life, Ezra exercised the best leader's qualities with both passion and zeal.

something that I believe is to be a leader it takes lots of consistency on the things we are doin. no matter what things that we are workin on, we have to doing things consistently and even turn it in to out habit.. good habits! tat is wat a leader can do by passing on the right conviction to others.. I want to pass on my conviction to help the group.. to let them know how important it is to seek, love and save the lost.. one thing I know we have to be consistent keeping in touch wif the lost and show our love and care for them just like how God first show His love for each and everyone of us.. need to alwiz remind everyone to do followup, and constant talk about friend that we want to reach out to, to really have the heart and making it a habit to reach out and sharing the gospel to ppl around us.. start wif the ppl close to us, family members and relatives, good friends, collies, neighours and to strangers.

Yesterday felt bit discaouraged to see no bro turn up for the evangalism and if this continue on, God's work will be negleted and its not goin to be very fruitful each time go evangalise but only one o 2 person turn up.. it would be better if everyone can at least commit one day of the week to reaching out to the lost, if not making it a habit to talk to ppl wherever we are..life style kind of evangalism.. i wonder if anyone in the group does this.. I'm very inspired by Bee Gaik last time to alwiz hear her share bout her many stories of ppl she reach out to while on her way to work.. and few time I saw busy fellowshipin wif other ppl in LRT last time.. its would be so refreshing and lift our faith higher when ppl would go the extra mile for God, and I know I definitely lacking in this area, I need to start by setting the example, that the role of the leader, to make the first step so that the rest get inspired and motivated to do the right thing and it would definitely earn trust among the followers.. u can take tis time to think about wat is it that u wan the ppl under ur care to follow and wat kind of example that u hope they can learn from u.. share to me ok?
